Common questions about lash extensions, appointments, and more

Got Questions?

Frequently Asked Questions

How long do lash extensions last?

With proper care, lash extensions typically last 2–4 weeks. We recommend fills every 2–3 weeks to maintain a full look as your natural lashes shed.

How long does the appointment take?

A full set takes about 1.5–2 hours. Fills usually take 45–60 minutes depending on how many lashes need to be replaced.

What's the difference between classic, volume, and hybrid?

Classic uses one extension per natural lash for a natural look. Volume uses handmade fans (multiple lashes) for a fuller, dramatic effect. Hybrid combines both for depth and dimension.

Can I wear mascara with lash extensions?

We recommend avoiding mascara on your extensions—it can cause buildup and shorten their lifespan. If you must use it, use only water-based or extension-safe formulas and avoid the roots.

How do I care for my lash extensions?

Avoid getting them wet for the first 24–48 hours. After that, cleanse gently, avoid oil-based products near the lash line, and don't rub or pull. Brush them daily with a clean spoolie.

Do lash extensions damage natural lashes?

When applied correctly by a trained artist, extensions do not damage natural lashes. We use proper isolation and weight-appropriate extensions to keep your naturals healthy.
